It depicts a Fjord scene at sunset.

Nils Hans Christiansen, R.A.C. 1850 - 1922
A Danish artist and a member of the Royal Copenhagen Academy. Worked largely in Norway and Denmark but exhibited
extensively with the popular commercial galleries in Britain.
